In May 2010, I give a talk, with Don Fisher VE3ESE, to KWARC about PSK31 - (Binary) Phase Shift Keying @ 31(.25) baud and WSPR - Weak Signal Propagation Reporting

The talk is © Copyright 2010 "Nosey" Nick Waterman VA3NNW and Don Fisher VE3ESE but is free for radio hams to present to other radio hams.
